Because our services involve customized digital solutions, including web development, design, marketing, branding, and delivery of digital products, TechLand Enterprise has established the following refund and cancellation terms. These terms ensure clarity, fairness, and transparency for both parties.
By engaging with TechLand Enterprise, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Client-Initiated Cancellations
- Within 24 hours of payment (before project work begins):
Clients are eligible for a full refund, minus any transaction or processing fees charged by payment providers. - After project planning or initial work has started:
Clients may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 50% of the project fee. The exact amount depends on:- The proportion of work already completed
- Resources allocated (e.g., designer/developer time, licenses purchased)
- Irrecoverable costs incurred by TechLand Enterprise
- After delivery of the first milestone or draft deliverable:
No refunds will be issued, as time, labor, and intellectual property have already been invested into creating the customized solution. - Ongoing subscriptions or retainer agreements:
Cancellations must be requested in writing at least 14 days before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges. Payments already processed for an active billing period are non-refundable.
2. TechLand-Initiated Cancellations
- If TechLand Enterprise cannot reasonably deliver the agreed services due to internal circumstances (e.g., staffing shortages, unforeseen operational issues), the client will be entitled to:
- A full refund if no work has begun, or
- A partial refund proportional to the portion of work not completed.
- TechLand Enterprise also reserves the right to cancel or suspend a project immediately if the client engages in:
- Unlawful or unethical business practices
- Misuse of deliverables (e.g., reselling without license)
- Abusive, threatening, or uncooperative behavior
In such cases, no refund will be provided, and any outstanding payments remain due.
3. Delivery Delays
- Delays caused by TechLand Enterprise:
If TechLand Enterprise is responsible for unreasonable delays that exceed agreed timelines (not caused by external or client-related factors), clients may receive:- A partial refund, OR
- Credit toward future services, at the discretion of TechLand Enterprise.
- Delays caused by the client:
If delays occur because the client fails to provide required content, approvals, access, or feedback on time, TechLand Enterprise will not be liable. In such cases:- Delivery timelines will be revised accordingly
- No refunds will be issued
4. Circumstances Where No Refunds Will Be Issued
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- The project or service has been partially or fully delivered according to the agreed scope of work.
- Performance outcomes (such as SEO rankings, ad conversions, or revenue increases) do not meet client expectations. These outcomes depend on external factors outside of TechLand Enterprise’s control.
- The client fails to provide necessary approvals, feedback, or materials within reasonable timeframes.
- Third-party issues (e.g., hosting outages, domain registrar failures, ad platform suspensions, payment processor restrictions) disrupt project performance.
- The client misuses, misrepresents, or alters deliverables in a way that undermines intended results.
5. Digital Products
- All sales of digital products (including templates, courses, guides, frameworks, or downloadable resources) are final.
- Due to the nature of digital content, once a product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, no refunds can be offered.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring compatibility of digital products with their systems prior to purchase.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting TechLand Enterprise to attempt resolution.
- Any unauthorized chargeback will be treated as a breach of contract. TechLand Enterprise reserves the right to:
- Suspend all current and future services
- Pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus legal, administrative, and collection costs
7. Exceptions
- TechLand Enterprise may, at its sole discretion, grant exceptions to this policy in cases of demonstrable hardship, billing errors, or fairness considerations.
- Any exception must be documented in writing.
